Crystal Rock Star offers DOMESTIC & INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING on all orders. Shipping costs will vary based on weight and shipping destination. All shipping costs are calculated during the checkout process. USPS is the primary shipping carrier. If you would like to use an alternate carrier, please contact us first.
Orders placed will normally ship within 5-7 business days from order date. Please allow extra time during holidays. If any delays in shipping should occur, you will contacted by email. If you need something sooner, please send a message on the contact page and we will try our best to accommodate to your needs.
You will receive an email with tracking information once the package has been shipped. If you don't receive tracking information, please check your email spam folder or please contact us on our contact page. Also, please allow at least 48 hours for the tracking info to update.
CRYSTAL ROCK STAR accepts returns and we take great pride in our products. We are devoted to offering the best customer service possible. If you don't like your item for any reason (didn't fit or you simply don't love it), contact us within 3 days of delivery to let us know there is a problem. The item must ship back to us within 7 days along with your supporting order information and we will refund your order after receipt and inspection.
You are responsible for the shipping charges to send the return package back to us unless the item is damaged, then we will incur the cost. Once we receive your package, you will be notified via email.
If you're returning a package with your own shipping label, please have a tracking number available for reference. If the package gets lost and there is no tracking number, we are not responsible for this loss and cannot issue a refund. We recommend insuring the package as we are not responsible for loss or damage during delivery return. Protect the return with appropriate packaging or the same packaging used for initial delivery.
If you would like us to provide a return label for you, the shipping costs will be deducted from your final refund. Insurance will be added to protect the return shipped item. Pricing of return shipping varies on the weight of your original order. Please use the same shipping packaging or comparable protective packaging so no damage is incurred on the item(s). Please send a message to request a return label.
- Returns can only be done within 7 days from receiving your package. If 7 days have passed since receiving your package, we cannot issue a refund.
- Returns must be unworn and in 'new and sellable' condition
- Buyer is responsible for any loss in value if return is not in original condition
- If damage has occurred, please send a message with information and photo or video proof for the return & explain the problem. Photo documentation is required for approval of insurance claims for damage.
- We can issue you a refund for a returned item once we receive the return package from you. The refund will be issued to the same payment method used when placing the order.
- All on sale items are final sale. We cannot refund any items placed during a sale and will not do price adjustments.

Please notify us asap if you would like to cancel your order. If an order has been already been sent to the post office, cancellations cannot occur. If an order is placed during a sale, we are unable to cancel orders.
We accept secure payments via PayPal, Amazon Pay, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
Orders shipped within the state of California will be charged the current applicable sales tax rate. Other states may be taxed accordingly depending on current tax law updates.
International Customs Fees
Orders placed outside the U.S. are subject to import taxes and duties. CRYSTAL ROCK STAR does not cover and is not responsible for customs fees.
