I've included various photos of this pendant:

  • Transitioning to a darker and brighter pink when exposed to sunlight

  • Captured indoors under LED lighting

  • Fluorescing under a blacklight UV flashlight

PLEASE NOTE: The Tugtupite crystal appears lighter when stored in a box and not exposed to UV light or sunlight, resembling a raspberry pink sorbet. It darkens gradually when exposed.

This rare crystal is a remarkable addition to your jewelry collection and is destined to become a cherished family heirloom due to its distinctive qualities.

For millennia, Tugtupite has been worn by Greenland Inuits and is regarded as a mineral aphrodisiac of love. Acquiring Tugtupite can be quite challenging, as the ground in Greenland remains frozen for most of the year. Tugtupite is composed of a rare beryllium aluminum tectosilicate.

Please be cautious of counterfeit Tugtupite that has recently emerged in the market, which is often a man-made composite of other materials. Genuine natural Tugtupite does not exhibit an overly bright fluorescent pink under standard indoor lighting; instead, it appears as a lighter bubblegum pink before UV light exposure. Fake Tugtupite will not darken in color under sunlight. Only a handful of crystals possess this magical naturally occurring phenomenon.

The Tugtupite available in my shop is ethically sourced from Greenland, and I have a decade of positive reviews for selling this rare crystal.
